How do I print an order form (pay by check or money order)?

First, please note that all of our financial transactions go through a secure server. If you rather send in your order through the US Postal Service, it is very simple.
1.Select your items and options on our order form and enter the qty you wish to purchase.
2.Click the "Continue to check out" button.
3.Enter any special instructions you have in the designated box and click the "Go to Payments" button.
4.Enter your shipping information and click on the "continue" button .
5. Select payment type of either "Mailing Money Order" .You will be sent a confirmation page including mailing instructions.
6.Print that email confirmation (which will show your order, special instructions, shipping information, and cost including shipping and handling) and mail it along with your money order to the address stated in that email.

How much do custom designs cost?

We will custom design a wrapper for FREE. If you would like a custom designed wrapper, select your item on our order form, choose your occasion or other, and choose "custom" for the design number. The second page of our order form will ask you for special instructions, and that is where you can get as detailed as you need to!


How can I use custom candy wrappers?

At All Wrapped Up, we have seen our wrappers used for every occasion. They are a great idea that gets everyone’s attention! You can give out your customized candy bars at baby showers, bridal showers, weddings, religious events, graduations, birthday parties, holiday parties, as invitations and more! You can even give them out as birth announcements! Spread the news with an adorable customized candy bar! They can be used for fundraisers or to promote your business! Now that we offer "no minimums", you can even order your wrappers as a sweet way of telling someone special that you care, or as a nice "Get Well Soon". Use them for any occasion!

Our Matchbook mints are great for business promotion instead of business cards-you simply place a bowl with our Matchbook Mints on your desk and watch them fly! Everytime someone gets a mint off of your desk, they are going to be walking out of the door with your contact information.


Can I add a photograph or logo to my wrapper?

Yes! A picture or a digital file can be added at no additional cost. If you mail us a photograph or a floppy disk with a digital file, it will be returned with your order. You can also email us your digital file at:

Please note that we cannot use a professional studio photograph unless you receive written permission stating that we may use their work in our wrappers. Please send a photocopy of this since we will need to keep it for our records. Mail it along with your order form and payment.


Where are your birthday wrappers?

We have placed some examples of birthday designs under All Occasions because so many people have different ideas of what makes a great Happy Birthday Wrapper! Please look through all of our designs, and if you do not see what you are looking for, we will custom design your labels to order.


Can I use an All Occasion wrapper for my wedding?

Yes! A wrapper in any category, that you feel suits your occasion, can be adjusted. We will adjust the text and/or colors to fit your needs. For example, if you would like to use a bridal shower wrapper for a wedding, here's what you would do:

Select your items on our order form, select the occasion and design number of that wrapper, go to buy now, and in the special instruction box, place your special instructions, and type in the occasion that you are using the wrappers for. Be sure to check out all the different categories. Because we design our own, we are able to be flexible in the layout, or to simply design your label from scratch.


How much in advance should I place my order?

As with all personalized items, the earlier the better. Once we have your approval of your wrapper and payment processed, your order ships out with in 3 business days. Rush orders (ship out with in 48 hours) are available upon request for an additional fee ($15.00) for wrapper orders under 100 wrappers. If you need this service, indicate it in our special instruction box of your order form, and you will be sent an electronic invoice for the fee which must be paid prior to production.


What type of paper do you use?

We use premium quality glossy papers. Our papers produce vibrant colors and beautiful wrappers. Our Matchbook Mints come have a semi-gloss finish and also produce vibrant colors, and lovely graphics.


Will your wrappers smudge?

No, our wrappers are smudge proof, crisp, and professional.


Do you ship chocolate in the Summer Time?

Yes, if customer purchases freeze pack, although it is not recomended.

Please note regarding candy bars: From the month of May to September, we ask that you order only the wrappers which come with instructions and a glue stick. If you order the candy bars, we require that you also purchase the freeze pack ($2.00) to insure that they do not melt, and make sure that someone will be at the address. We can not be held responsible for melted chocolate bars .

Can I buy only the wrappers?

Yes! We offer wrappers that fit 1.55 oz. chocolate bar (Hershey's®, etc),& Hershey's® Assorted Miniatures. You will also receive easy to follow instructions and a FREE GLUE STICK!

If you are looking for wrappers for candy that we do not have on our website, please contact us, we can make any size wrapper!


Can I see a sample of my wrapper?

Yes, we can either email or fax you sample of your wrapper to proof. If you are proofing your wrapper by email, we will send it to you as a .jpg. If you request, we can email it to you as a .pdf.

Prior to printing any order, we require that you approve each design layout.  Before approving any proof please verify the following: spellings, names, dates, fonts, etc.

What if I don't like my proof?

Don't worry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wrapper. Just tell us what you would like to have changed and we will be more than happy to provide you with another layout.

Can I change the fonts?

Yes! Please mention your font preferences in the Special Instructions section on the order form when placing an order. If you do not know the name of the font you'd like, give us a description and we will email you a sample of our fonts matching your request-we have well over 890 fonts available!


What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept personal checks, money orders and PayPal. PayPal accepts: VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and eCheck! Payment by personal check requires an additional 5-7 business days to clear. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks.
As of September 20, we will no longer accept personal checks! If you must pay by check, you can do so through paypal. If you would rather send your payment via postal service, only MONEY ORDERS will be accepted.


When will my order arrive?

Please allow 7-14 days to receive your order (from when payment is received and design has been approved). If your order is needed sooner, there is a rush charge of $15.00 .

There is NO rush charge for birth announcement bars. We will ship order in 1-2 days (from when payment is received and design has been approved).


What is your refund policy?

100% refund if order is cancelled before final approval of wrapper is given. Once a wrapper has been approved, it has been printed, and therefore NONREFUNDABLE.


What is your privacy policy?

All Wrapped Up respects our customers' privacy. We will never disclose to any third party any personal information collected through customer inquiries, sales or any other means.


How custom can my wrapper get?

We can customize your wrapper, etc to match your wedding party, or your style. All Wrapped Up is owned an operated by a Graphic Designer with over 15 years experience.
